Production method | is obtained by ammoniation of n-butyric acid. The positive butyric acid heating, ammonia reaction, about 40h after the reaction solution temperature reached 200-215 DEG C, stop heating and ammonia, cold to 20 DEG C below, filtration, butyramide. Another method is to react with urea by n-butyric acid: first, 8kg of n-butyric acid and 3kg of urea are heated and refluxed for 10 hours, cooled to 70-80 ℃, poured in a proper amount of hot ethanol, decolorized while hot, filtered and cooled to obtain crude products, and recrystallized with ethanol to obtain finished products. |
